HA3 Task 1: Project Charter

My goal is to design and illustrate an App concept for Smart Phones/ Tablets/ Android Phones.

I must check if it is commercially Viable and create a Business Plan.

Initiation:

·       Research what is already on the market and present it in a PowerPoint presentation.

·       Create a questionnaire to put out to the student body, staff as well as friends and family to see what is popular and what is wanted on the market.

·       Generate several ideas for my App concept, ranging different uses and genres.

·       Markets research my ideas to check if commercially viable or a popular idea.

Plan: Create a to-do list and plan out the time each task will take and what it will entail. Asses the risks for each task and provide milestones to keep tabs of progress.

Execution: Using the plan created I will work under the set-up plan to complete each task and will monitor my progress as I go along

Closure: I will add the finishing touches to my project, the process will be reviewed. The initial plans will be compared with the final outcome to see how closely in line the project followed.
